Carlow Golf Club are currently seeking a competent office assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the golf club. The role is on a full-time basis Salary commencers with experience Canvassing will disqualify Reporting to Club Operations Manager Key areas of responsibility: Telephone and email enquiries. Operate and maintain booking and membership system Cash handling. Assisting club Operations Manager in updating club accounts. Administrative support to club committees and members. Keeping club website updated. Coordination of wages. Any other administrative tasks deemed necessary for the smooth operation of the club. Accounts qualification desirable. Skills/Requirements for this role:
Structured & organised approach to work
Proficient in Excel
PC literate with competency in Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail
Exhibit strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise work schedule and work to agreed timescales while giving high attention to detail
