Accounts Executive
Office Admin

- We are hiring an Accounts Executive who will work with all three of Parkwall Holdings Limited brands and stakeholders for each brand. This role will involve a mix of office administration for the brands. Fluent english is a necessity.
- Update quotes, orders and invoices for the business.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Reporting to managing director, general manager, marketing manager.
- Assist with general administration, filing and data entry.
- VAT Returns
- PAYE
- Payroll
- Bank Reconciliation
- Debtors/Creditors
- +2 years experience working in a similar role.
- Experienced in customer management with strong people skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communications skills, highly organised with an ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft package.
