Office Admin

• We are hiring an Accounts Executive who will work with all three of Parkwall Holdings Limited brands and stakeholders for each brand. This role will involve a mix of office administration for the brands. Fluent english is a necessity.

Responsibilities

• Update quotes, orders and invoices for the business.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Reporting to managing director, general manager, marketing manager.
• Assist with general administration, filing and data entry.
• VAT Returns
• PAYE
• Payroll
• Bank Reconciliation
• Debtors/Creditors

Requirements

• +2 years experience working in a similar role.
• Experienced in customer management with strong people skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communications skills, highly organised with an ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft package.
