Seasonal Receptionist

• We are hiring a full-time Seasonal Receptionist for our restaurant to join our team during our busiest time of the year! If you're friendly, organized, and passionate about great customer service, we’d love to have you on board. This will initially be a three month position with the opportunity to become permanent.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival.
• Managing reservations and seating arrangements.
• Handling phone inquiries, emails and assisting with booking requests.
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience.

Requirements

• +2 years experience working in hospitality
• Experienced in customer management with strong people skills
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft package.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
