Talent Admin will be responsible for managing HR administration and employee database.
Job Descriptions
- Manage HR administration requests via the ticketing system/email to ensure smooth HR processes in line with company procedures
- Collect and update employee data in the HRIS to maintain complete and current records
- Organize and document performance appraisals for comprehensive employee performance tracking
- Scan, classify, and archive documents neatly using office equipment
- Oversee attendance records, ensure timely completion by employees, and generate accurate HRIS attendance reports
- Collect and forward BPJS Health invoices to Finance for timely payment processing
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, or a related field
- Experienced in HR administration or similar role, fresh graduates are welcome
- Proficiency in operating HRIS
- Knowledge of BPJS administration
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Well-versed in English communication both verbal and written
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proactive and responsible with a strong sense of confidentiality and integrity
- Willing to WFO in Surabaya
