Data Center Technician

Data Center Technician will be responsible for resolving any issue related with hardware in Data Center
Job Descriptions
- Monitoring the day-to-day performance of servers
- Maintaining an optimally controlled environment for servers
- Troubleshooting network and server problems
- Collaborate with Inventory Team to provide report of hardware assets in and out
- Ensuring data security and integrity by implementing security policies
Qualification
- Min. SMK in Informatics, Computer Science, Electrical, or related fields
- Experienced in troubleshooting network and hardware issues
- Knowledgeable in monitors, switches, routers, and other technical equipment
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and multitasking skills
- Experience with operating system issue resolution is a plus
- Willing to be based in Surabaya or Jakarta (placement will be in one of these cities)
- Ready to stand by 24/7 for any urgent requests
- Open to business trips if needed
