Strategy & Planning Growth Analyst
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and overall revenue growth.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth initiatives and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment on growth initiatives and strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing findings and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging technologies to continuously inform growth strategies
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth strategy.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, market research, and using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL).
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful growth strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
