Senior Engineer Facility Management
In this role, you're responsible to Design, Operation and Maintenance for HVAC and CDAsystem.
In your new role you will:
- Ensuring HVAC and CDA project from planning until execution within target timeline and budget
- Ensuring HVAC & CDA operation running without interruption to Production.
- Responsible to plan and execution Maintenance of HVAC and CDA
- Estimating cost of project
- Review and monitor project progress and status updates
- Responsible for system Acceptance and Testing Knowledge (Testing & commissioning, buy-off, change order, etc).
- Required to understand the working principle of other infrastructure system such as electrical, mechanical, cleanroom & building Automation.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Degree/Master Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years working experience in high technology multinational manufacturing environment with specialization in Facility management, maintenance, electrical & mechanical engineering
- Having exposure in production expansion and hook up project
- Ability to manage large project with ateam of min 100 people
- Proficient in Project management tools and methodologies
- Knowledge in Building codes, quality Management, ESH andothers regulatory requirement
- Intensive exposure to modern technologies such as SAP, SCADA, WONDERWARE will be an advantage.
