Senior / Staff Specialist - Legal and Compliance
Involving in the legal and compliance activities as well as ensuring that organization operates within the law and adheres to organization’s policies and regulations.
In your new role you will:
- Responsible and manage company compliance program and activities (e.g. workshop, campaign etc.).
- Review, develop and monitor company’s policies and procedures.
- Conduct compliance risk assessment and implementat ion.
- Monitor employees’ completion of compliance mandatory training.
- Assist Chief Financial Officer / Compliance Officer in the related legal and compliance topic , including review draft agreement with external parties.
- Process legal documentation (e.g. business licenses, certifications, reports etc.).
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholder to ensure that compliance with the rules and regulations.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Law, Business Management or equivalent.
- Min. 2-5 years of relevant experience in handling legal & compliance activities.
- Good knowledge and understanding in legal, corporate governance and governmental processes and procedures.
- Understanding of Finance and Taxation would be a plus.
- Proficient in English, with excellent oral and written skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
