Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Horeca sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients in hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers in the Horeca industry.
- Understand clients' needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients.
- Provide training and product knowledge sessions to clients in the Horeca industry.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including product development, customer service, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Provide feedback from the field to help in the development of new products and services tailored to the Horeca sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles within the Horeca industry.
- Strong understanding of Horeca market trends, customer behavior, and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
