Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Cook to join our culinary team. As a Pastry Cook , you will work closely with our Gelato Maker and assist in the preparation and production of a variety of Gelato, Jams, And Caramel . Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all items of Gelato,Jams, and Caramel are prepared according to the established recipes and standards. Responsibilities:
Assist the Gelato Maker in the preparation and production of Gelato,Jams, and Caramel.
Measure and mix ingredients, and prepare for Gelato base, Jams, and Caramel.
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, such as mixers, Gelato Machine , and Caramel tools.
Follow recipes and ensure that all items are prepared with consistency and high quality.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the pastry section, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a cook pastry or similar is preferred.
Knowledge of pastry preparation techniques, ingredients,
Ability to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
