PT Elabram Systems is looking for QA Manager for our client in Automotive Manufacturing Industry for placement in Cikupa, Tangerang with details below:
Job Descriptions:

Development and implementation of quality standards.
Ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, from initial design through final production.
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QMS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and review the effectiveness of the QMS, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
Enhance Market Quality according to Company targets.

Requirements:

Male, 32-40 years old, Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering will be a plus
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering will be a plus
Have 10 years of experience in the same industry (Manufacturing)
Having additional certification in quality management or a related field may be a plus.
Understand automotive industry quality standards, such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
Ability to read and analyze engineering drawings, product specifications, and other technical documents.
Familiar with measurement tools and techniques and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and failure analysis.
Ability to lead and manage a team, including communication, training and motivation skills.
Ability to plan and manage projects, and make strategic decisions regarding quality.
Ability to analyze quality data and reports, and identify trends and areas for improvement.
