Accounting Manager
PT Elabram Systems is looking for Accounting Manager for our client in Packaging Manufacturing Industry for placement in Balaraja, Tangerang with details below:

- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Lead the accounting team in performing daily financial operations, including bank transaction, AP/AR, fixed asset and general ledger.
- Handle and manage monthly financial statement and records by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting, providing insights to support strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax filing processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting processes and improve financial performance.
- Optimize the accounting process through strong team management and efficient processes
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday (Mon-Fri 08.00-16.15 & Sat 08.00-12.45), placement in Balaraja, Tangerang
- Min. 35 years old, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Min. 5 years professional experience in the similar role, experienced in manufacturing industry will be a plus
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, AR, AP, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Ms. Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
