Qualifications
- Accounting Expertise & Certification: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, with a CPA or relevant certification preferred, alongside 3-5 years of experience in F&B or hospitality.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software: Skilled in using platforms, with a deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance.
- Strong Analytical & Organizational Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Time Management & Compliance: Skilled in meeting deadlines, handling financial records, and ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.
- Financial Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare accurate financial statements, assist in budgeting and forecasting to support business growth.
- Accounts Management & Payroll: Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes, ensure timely payments and invoicing, and manage payroll processing.
- Tax Compliance & Inventory Accounting: Handle tax filings, ensure compliance with local regulations, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Audit & Financial Analysis: Implement internal controls, participate in audits, and provide insights for cost reduction, revenue growth, and process improvements.
