Legal Section Head - BSD
Job Descriptions:
- Preparing legal terms, including (but not limited to) drafting and reviewing corporate agreements and documents.
- Liaise with related stakeholders to ensure legal compliance.
- Provide legal advice to Strategic Business Unit related to legal issues.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law Major.
- Min 5 years of experience in Legal field.
- Having experience in reviewing contracts and legal documents, or working in the legal sector, especially related to companies.
- Able to maintain the confidentiality of important documents.
- Strong logical thinking
- Fluent in English.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office).
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
