Inside Sales Supervisor (ERP & IT)
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Must have an experience in selling ERP products and IT products
- Willing to tap and assist clients in Singapore
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in RM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Can speak Mandarin

Responsibility
Team Leadership and Management:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide updates, and address any challenges.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Sales Performance:
- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
- Analyze sales metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and optimize them for efficiency.
- Develop and execute plans to increase revenue and market share.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure the team provides excellent customer service and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address complex customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to identify growth opportunities.
Training and Development:
- Provide continuous training and development for the sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback.
- Identify skills gaps and provide resources for professional development.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, team activities, and market trends.
- Use data analysis to make informed decisions and enhance sales strategies.
- Report to senior management on sales performance, challenges, and other relevant issues.
Administrative Duties:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with Mc Link Asia Pte. Ltd. policies and procedures.
- Manage sales documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Oversee the use of sales tools and software to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
