Assist in the development of event concepts, timelines, and logistics.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure the necessary services and materials.
Help with the preparation of event materials, including signage, promotional items, and décor.
Assist in managing event registrations, RSVPs, and guest lists.
On-Site Event Support
Provide on-the-ground support during events, including setup, teardown, and troubleshooting.
Serve as a point of contact for participants, speakers, performers, and attendees.
Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with the schedule and handle any issues that arise.
Administrative Support
Maintain event documentation, including contracts, invoices, and correspondence.
Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting.
Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for speakers, performers, and VIP guests.
Administrative Support
Assist in the evaluation of events, collecting feedback from attendees and team members.
Help prepare post-event reports, summarizing key outcomes, attendance, and financial performance.
Support in identifying areas for improvement and proposing changes for future events.
Qualifications Education: A diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in event coordination, project management, or a related role. Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
A creative mindset with a passion for event planning and execution.
