Job Overview:
The Cashier / Ticketing Staff will be responsible for handling ticket sales and providing excellent customer service to visitors of The Labyrinth Collective Dome. This role includes managing cash transactions, issuing tickets, and assisting with visitor inquiries. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and can handle financial transactions accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ticket Sales & Transactions: Handle ticket sales at the Dome entrance, both cash and digital payments (credit/debit cards, mobile payments). Accurately process transactions and provide receipts to customers. Ensure all sales are properly recorded and cash registers are balanced at the end of each shift.
2. Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors as they arrive at The Labyrinth Collective Dome. Provide information about ticket prices, promotions, event schedules, and any other relevant details. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to ticket purchases.
3. Financial Management: Maintain accurate records of daily transactions. Ensure cash and digital sales are reconciled at the end of each day and report any discrepancies to the Dome Operations Director. Safeguard cash and ensure all financial procedures are followed according to company policies.
4. Ticketing System Management: Operate the ticketing software to issue and validate tickets.
