Job Description:
Emerging Business Model Head is responsible for the design and implementation of the new business models within the current partnerships (CIMB Niaga), and will be responsible also for the delivery of the benefit of the launched business model (sales, value generation, customer penetration).
The initial scope for this role will involve implementation of hybrid cross sell model for mass market, improvement of the digital sales/product.

- Coordinating the process of design and implementation of the new business model (ie people, process, customer journey, product)
- Engaging the relevant stakeholders at the bank partners (ie segment, product, sales) to ensure smooth and timely delivery of the model and further extraction of the business benefit
- Managing and monitoring the performance of the launched business model (sales volume, value/profit generation, customer penetration)
- Identifying further improvement opportunities to optimize performance of the emerging business models
- Engaging the relevant stakeholders to implement branding activities, including deliver smooth and impactful event with bank partner
- Responsible for data analytics initiatives to support the in-branch and Non-Branch business
- Coordinating for the new initiatives monitoring required by SMT or RO (i.e. War room, golden tactical fixes etc.)

- Project management skill, with experience in agile project management as a plus
