Qualification :
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Minimum D3, S1 any major
- Minimum GPA 2.75
- Experience minimum 1 year in Call Center Inbound
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Fluent in English both of Reading & Written
- Communicative
- Willing to work in SHIFTING SCHEDULE including Weekend and Public Holiday
- Willing to place in YOGYAKARTA
- Answering an Incoming chats and Respond to Email
- Handle Customer Inquiries by Chats
- Provide Customers about Product and Service Information
- Identify and Escalate Priority Issues
- Documenting All Information According to Standard Operating Procedures
- Complete All Chat Logs
- Updating customers profile into computer
- Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service
- Able to quickly locate user problems and provide solution
- Health and Safety Insurances
- Holiday Payment
- Shifting Allowance
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Yogyakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- D1-D4 (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
