Requirements:
- At least Bachelor Degree in any major with GPA 2,75
- Man/Woman with maximum 36 years
- Had experience as Supervisor Contact Center in digital/live chat/social media minimum 1 year
- Have great communication, leadership, analysis, supervision, and evaluation skills
- Have high discipline, integrity, and honesty behavior
- Willing to located in Semarang (WFO) with office hour system
- Great english and excel skills
- Provide plan strategies, execute, supervise, and evaluate to Inbound Digital Services activities in accordance with KPI/SLA
- Monitor, evaluate, coaching, and counselling periodically to achieved the performance of Inbound Digital Services; * Perform Forecasting and Analysis functions for Inbound Digital Services;
- Provide reports / performance evaluation results to superiors in the form of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports;
- Monitoring the recruitment process, training, on the job training, mentoring up to the day to day operational process to minimize turn over rate
Panjang kontrak: 6 bulan
