Analytical Laboratory Assistant
Job Description Summary :
Conduct laboratory analysis and oversee specific sections, delegating tasks to analysts and co-analysts. Ensure all activities comply with standard operating procedures and manage quality control processes along with related administrative tasks. Additionally, will identify technical needs to maintain lab operations and report to the lab section and department head

Job Descriptions :
-
Conducting laboratory analysis within the scope of a particular laboratory section.

Delegating tasks to each member (analyst and co-analyst)
-
Ensuring the process of each operational activity in accordance with the standard operational procedure.

Perform the QC process for each activity analysis including the administration requirements
-
Identifying technical requirements to maintain and sustain the laboratory operational activities.

Responsible to communicate and give report to particular laboratory section and department head.
Job Requirements :
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture (majors: Agrotechnology, Agronomy, Plant Pests and Diseases, Crop Cultivation, or Soil Science) with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

Strong interest in plant research, especially in oil palm.

Willingness to be assigned to any operational area of the company (Sumatra, Kalimantan, Papua).
