The Core Objectives: - To maintain and improve merchants' transactions through certain initiatives. - To invite merchants to join community groups and engage them in both Whats App and fb communities. - To invite and conduct offline engagement workshop - To create weekly reporting and present OKR result - To help merchants to solve any reported issue, inform them of the latest news, directions, or product updates. Essential Experience / Criteria: - Bachelor Degree or equivalent - Having exposure in community engagement and event planning - Having exposure in account management role - Having at least one year of experience in areas like Marketing Communication, Public Relations, Community Engagement, or Customer Services, both offline and online - Tech savvy with social media proficiency that could support them in managing multiple groups of communication and engaging with merchant partners in effective manners.
