Job Description
1. Acting as transport in-charge during shift duties
2. Planning, monitoring & regulation of shift bus movement & monthly / casual car hiring
3. Monitor, record and improve bus arrival and seat utilization in the buses
4. Attend to bus / car complaints and their speedy resolution
5. Ensure compliance of statutory requirement and also undertake to RTO related work
6. Vehicle Inspection - Routine & Technical and preparation of penalty sheet
7. Liaison with Airport Authority, Surat
8. Provide gound services to VVIPs arriving by company / chartered flights at Surat Airport
9. Co-ordinating ISO activities, documentation & other audits
10. Co-ordinate and conduct drivers training on quality, safety & BBS
11. Checking and processing PPO, CJC & bills of hired vehicles in ERP LN system,
12. Physical inspection of buses / cars and ensure on time closing of observations
