Position Overview:
The Transport Incharge is responsible for managing the daily operations of the transportation department. This role includes overseeing drivers, coordinating fleet schedules, ensuring proper vehicle maintenance, and handling logistics to ensure the safe and efficient movement of goods. The Transport Incharge ensures compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise drivers and manage fleet schedules for timely deliveries.
- Ensure regular vehicle maintenance and safety inspections.
- Coordinate logistics to optimize transportation routes and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and resolve issues as they arise.
- Monitor budgets and manage costs related to fuel, maintenance, and staffing.
- Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance and operational efficiency.
- Experience in transportation management or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of fleet management and vehicle maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
