- Job Role:
- Trainers are responsible for delivering specialized skills training in mechanical and electrical trades. They work closely with trainees, ensuring they gain the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills to succeed in their respective fields.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Delivery: Conduct training sessions in line with prescribed curriculum for mechanical and electrical trades.
- Practical Training: Provide hands-on experience with relevant machinery, tools, and electrical systems.
- Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate trainees’ progress through tests and practical assessments; provide feedback.
- Safety Protocols: Ensure trainees follow safety standards and protocols during practical sessions.
- Mentorship: Guide trainees in resolving technical issues and developing job-ready skills.
- Certification Preparation: Prepare trainees for industry-recognized certifications or skill assessments.
- Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in vocational training or industrial experience.
- Strong communication and technical skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
