Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Delivery: Conduct training sessions in line with prescribed curriculum for mechanical and electrical trades.
Practical Training: Provide hands-on experience with relevant machinery, tools, and electrical systems.
Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate trainees’ progress through tests and practical assessments; provide feedback.
Safety Protocols: Ensure trainees follow safety standards and protocols during practical sessions.
Mentorship: Guide trainees in resolving technical issues and developing job-ready skills.
Certification Preparation: Prepare trainees for industry-recognized certifications or skill assessments.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Experience in vocational training or industrial experience.
