Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Quality Assurance (QA) to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about quality, technology, and learning. As a QA Trainee, you will work closely with our development and product teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with developers and designers to understand project requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
Execute manual and automated tests on websites, apps, and digital solutions.
Identify, report, and track bugs or defects throughout the development lifecycle.
Develop test cases and scripts to verify the functionality, usability, and performance of digital solutions.
Assist in creating and maintaining detailed test documentation.
Participate in QA team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Continuously learn and adopt new testing tools and technologies.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA processes.
Familiarity with manual testing techniques; exposure to automated testing tools is a plus.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to take on challenges.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):
Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus.
Experience with testing tools like Selenium, JIRA, or Postman is an advantage.
