Trainee - QA

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Quality Assurance (QA) to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about quality, technology, and learning. As a QA Trainee, you will work closely with our development and product teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with developers and designers to understand project requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
- Execute manual and automated tests on websites, apps, and digital solutions.
- Identify, report, and track bugs or defects throughout the development lifecycle.
- Develop test cases and scripts to verify the functionality, usability, and performance of digital solutions.
- Assist in creating and maintaining detailed test documentation.
- Participate in QA team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Continuously learn and adopt new testing tools and technologies.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA processes.
- Familiarity with manual testing techniques; exposure to automated testing tools is a plus.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to take on challenges.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus.
- Experience with testing tools like Selenium, JIRA, or Postman is an advantage.
