Swastha Hospital is seeking an experienced TPA Executive to lead and oversee our TPA & Insurance operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, extensive experience in managing third-party payer relationships, and a proven track record of optimizing reimbursement processes. The TPA Executive will play a critical role in ensuring efficient billing, collections, and revenue cycle management. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, government payers, and other third-party payers. Oversee the entire revenue cycle process, from patient registration to final payment. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and payers to resolve issues. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on TPA performance. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in overseeing TPA operations.
