Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Tour Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing tours, handling client bookings, and liaising with hotels, airlines, and transport services. You will also play a key role in driving sales, promoting tour packages, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and coordinate tours based on client requirements.
Liaise with hotels, airlines, and local vendors to secure bookings and confirmations.
Communicate tour itineraries and any changes to clients in a timely manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service throughout the booking process.
Handle inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues to ensure smooth travel experiences.
Proactively promote and sell tour packages to potential customers.
Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to convert them into confirmed bookings.
Meet or exceed sales targets by upselling services and cross-selling additional tours.
Keep up-to-date with travel trends, popular destinations, and promotional offers.
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in the travel industry, with a focus on sales and tour operations (1-2 years) will be an additional enhancement.
Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking software (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo).
Passion for travel and providing excellent client experiences.
