Tender Preparation
Assist in the collection and organization of necessary documents and information for tendersubmissions.
Support the preparation of tender documents, including proposals, bids, and other relevant materials.
Ensure all tender documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
Research and Analysis
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential tender opportunities.
Analyse tender requirements and specifications to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Assist in evaluating suppliers and subcontractors as part of the tendering process.
Coordination and Communication
Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for tenders.
Communicatewith suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to obtain quotes andclarifications.
Support the tendering team in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
Adminisatrative Support
Maintain and update tender records and databases.
Assist in tracking tender statuses and managing deadlines.
Provide general administrative support to the tendering team as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
·Graduate in any discipline.
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·Strong analytical and research skills.
·Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
