Required Candidate Profile
a)Must posses knowledge of production and installation procedures in joinery & fit out.
b) Familiarity with all aspects of interior fit outs , joinery, furniture, painting.
a)Prepare tender documents ,variation ,budgets
b)Generate BOQ and conduct quantity take off from drawings
c) Submit cost estimates and prepare cost breakdown
d)Interpret specification , price tenders & draft contact statements
e)Excellent communication skills , MS office
f) Proficient in civil bid preparation & interior projects
g)Laision with contractor , sub contractors & quantity services
h)Site and labor supervision
i) Proficient in Quality & Safety standards
Qualifications
a)BE- Civil architecture ,
b)Diploma - Civil architecture ,
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,926.09 per month
Schedule:
