Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tender and GEM Executive to oversee the entire process of tender participation, from hunting relevant opportunities to preparing and submitting tender documents. The candidate will also manage GEM (Government e-Marketplace) operations and monitor leads and manage pages and product postings on platforms like India MART, Amazon. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and knowledge of e-procurement platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Tender Management:
Hunt for relevant tenders from various portals and government websites.
Review and analyze tender documents, terms, and conditions.
Prepare and organize required documents for tender participation.
Manage the submission process, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Coordinate with internal teams for technical and financial documents.
GEM Operations:
Manage GEM portal registration, listings, and product uploads.
Search for relevant opportunities on GEM.
Prepare and submit bids through the GEM platform.
Maintain records of GEM transactions and order fulfillment.
India MART Management:
Handle inquiries and business leads from India MART.
Respond promptly to potential clients and ensure follow-ups.
Manage India MART profile, listings, and product updates.
Documentation:
Ensure that all documentation (tender, GEM, India MART) is complete, accurate, and compliant with requirements.
Maintain a systematic record of all tenders and bids submitted.
Coordination & Reporting:
Collaborate with internal departments (sales, finance, procurement) for document preparation and approval.
Regularly update management on tender progress and bid outcomes.
Report on the performance and outcomes of GEM and India MART listings.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in tendering, GEM operations, and handling business leads from platforms like India MART.
Education: Graduate in any field (preferably business or related field).
Skills:
Strong knowledge of e-procurement processes.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Government tenders and understanding of procurement laws.
Hands-on experience with GEM and India MART portals.
Prior experience in working with government clients or agencies.
