- Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries.
- Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the tele sales executive job role.
- Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new.
- Outstanding negotiation and time management skills products.
- Be aware of the latest industry trends as a tele sales executive.
- Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints.
