- Making Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers or clients.
- Product Knowledge: Understand and communicate product details clearly to prospects.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads for sales teams.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads and clients to ensure conversion.
- Record Keeping: Document call details, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Meeting Targets: Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Handling Objections: Address customer queries and objections effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the sales team to share insights and improve strategies.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve services and products.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
