The Telugu Speaking Telecaller plays a crucial role in the organization as they are responsible for communicating with customers, making outbound calls to prospects, and providing information about products or services. They help in generating sales leads, handle customer inquiries, and contribute to the overall customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
Place outbound calls to potential customers
Handle incoming calls from prospective and existing customers
Provide information about products or services to customers
Engage in active listening to understand customer needs
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Update customer information in the database
Work with the sales team to generate leads and meet sales targets
Follow up on customer interactions
Adhere to call scripts and communicate product/service features
Meet call quotas and sales targets
Maintain a professional and courteous manner with all customers
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Required Qualifications
Fluency in Telugu speaking
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Good problem-solving abilities
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

High school diploma or equivalent
