Job Description:
Inkling Marketing Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Telecalling Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of lead generation through telecalling, and a proven ability to follow up effectively to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote our services.
- Maintain a high volume of calls daily and track lead status using CRM tools.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective follow-up and regular communication.
- Identify potential customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and product/service recommendations.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth by converting leads into sales.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to align telecalling efforts with broader lead generation strategies.
- Manage and update the customer database with relevant information from client interactions.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries via phone or email.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead generation and sales performance.
- Proven experience as a Telecalling Executive or similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
- Proven ability to follow up on leads and close deals efficiently.
- Familiarity with lead management tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in sales or telecalling, especially in a marketing or service-based company.
