Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Telecaller to join our team in Raipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product sales and service inquiries, effectively managing leads, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Telecaller to join our team in Raipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product sales and service inquiries, effectively managing leads, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with potential customers through phone calls to sell products and services.
- Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into sales.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Address customer inquiries and provide timely solutions for service-related issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and complaints professionally.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and CRM software.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
- Female candidates only.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
