Telesales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls to promote and sell products
- Upsell, cross-sell, and renew existing customer subscriptions or services
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing product information and resolving queries
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's success
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales on the CRM
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months experience in Tele Sales, upselling, or renewals
- Fluent in Hindi and Marathi communication
- Qualification: HSC Passed
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets
Compensation:
- Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 In Hand (based on experience and performance)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,458.20 - ₹18,000.00 per month
