Junior MIS Executive(Only Female)

Job Title: MIS Executive (Female Candidates Preferred)
Location: Saket, Delhi (On-Site, Full Time)
Work Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off)
Salary: Upto ₹15,000 to ₹22,000
We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data and maintaining accurate records related to tenders. This is an on-site, full-time position located in Saket, Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:

Tender Management: Download and organize tenders from various online portals; update databases accordingly.
Data Tracking: Maintain and update daily tracking sheets for live tenders to ensure accuracy.
Data Entry: Execute timely and precise data entry, ensuring all information remains current and error-free.
Data Cleaning: Regularly clean and manage data to uphold accuracy and integrity.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to generate accurate reports and data insights as required.
Progress Monitoring: Continuously review and monitor live data sheets to track updates and overall progress.

Qualifications:

Experience: Relevant experience in data management, MIS, or a similar field.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other data management tools.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, with the capability to manage large data sets effectively.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Independence: Ability to work autonomously and consistently meet deadlines.
Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred.
