Responsibilities:
· Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outbound sales activities.
· Qualify leads and identify potential clients based on their needs and requirements.
· Schedule appointments for our HR consultants with prospective clients.
· Provide accurate information about our HR services and solutions.
· Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
· Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
· Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics.
Skills Required:
· Proven experience in tele sales or a related field.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:

WORKING DAYS- Monday-Saturday
WORKING HRS- 10:00am-6:30pm
STIPEND - 25k/month
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
