Tele Marketing Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering inquiries, and providing detailed information about our products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering inquiries, and providing detailed information about our products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products/services and generate leads.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding the company's offerings.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing details over the phone.
- Maintain a detailed database of customers' information, feedback, and status of leads.
- Schedule appointments for sales teams or follow up on leads.
- Handle customer objections and provide convincing information to convert prospects.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call/lead targets.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills in [Languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
- Ability to handle rejections and objections with a positive attitude.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and tenacious.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Time management and organizational abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
