Tele Calling Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing information about products/services, answering queries, and generating sales leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle rejections, and a positive attitude toward work.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
  • Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries, and provide product/service information.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products/services to explain them effectively to potential customers.
  • Handle customer objections and provide solutions to turn them into sales opportunities.
  • Generate and maintain a database of potential customers.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals to close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and leads in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team about customer needs, challenges, and potential market opportunities.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous manner while handling customer calls.
  • Participate in training and ongoing skill development sessions.
Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum of a 12th Plus or equivalent. A degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service roles is preferred, however, freshers with good communication skill are welcome
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in [specify languages required].
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet targets.
  • Self-Motivated: Energetic and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Hours: 11 Am to 7 Pm (Monday to Saturday)
  • Location: Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow
