As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing information about our services, answering queries, and booking appointments for counseling sessions. Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to prospective students to introduce our consultancy services and promote our overseas education programs.
Lead Conversion: Engage with potential students, understand their study abroad goals, and convert leads into appointments for counseling.
Answer Inquiries: Respond to student queries via phone, email, or messaging apps related to courses, universities, scholarships, and visa processes.
Maintain CRM: Update and manage the CRM database with accurate and up-to-date student information and call notes.
Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and guide students through the application process.
Provide Support: Assist students with information about application deadlines, documentation, and the steps involved in applying to foreign universities.
Collaborate with Team: Coordinate with education counselors and other team members to ensure a smooth student experience from inquiry to admission.
Performance Tracking: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (experience in the education industry is a plus).
Strong communication skills in English (additional languages will be an advantage).
Ability to build rapport and engage with students and parents.
Knowledge of overseas education processes and the application life cycle is a plus.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software.
