Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients
- Provide information about services and address customer inquiries
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for calls
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and performance
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
