Tele Caller Executive
Job Title: Telecaller
Location: Kolkata (Work from Home initially, then from Office - Salt Lake location)
Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Friday)
Salary: 15000 to 18000 INR per month

Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads to introduce Black Swan’s services.
- Explain the services we offer, including business setup in Dubai, legal assistance, and other advisory services.
- Answer incoming customer inquiries, resolve any issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on customer leads and inquiries via phone, email, and other communication platforms.
- Record details of customer interactions, including queries, feedback, and follow-up actions, in CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for calls, lead conversions, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends and our service offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while dealing with customers.
- Education: Minimum qualification of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
- Skills:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently and effectively.
- Proficiency in Hindi, Bengali, and English.
- Familiarity with basic computer and CRM systems.
- Work Environment:
- Initial work-from-home setup, followed by office work in the Salt Lake area.
- A reliable internet connection for remote work is essential.
