JOB DESCRIPTION Customer Care Executive (The policy Exchange) Experience: Experienced minimum 6 months in Insurance process. (Preference to life insurance candidates) Functional Area: Customer Care / Customer Service- Insurance renewals and analyze policy of the insurance holder. Suggest additions or changes in insurance policy. Education: 10+2 or Graduation Qualification Language: - Good English (Speaking) Company Profile: THE Policy Exchange is a new age start-up in the area of Insurance technology. It aims to bring new paradigms and solve a a perennial problem facing the entire insurance industry in general and life insurance industry in particular. The company is founded by industry veterans who collectively have more than 50 years of experience in the BFSI sector. Job Description: To remain as basic point of contact for customers with queries, complaints, Feedbacks & requests related to insurance policies, renewal of policies. Explain features of various policies. Analyze current insurance policy of the customer and suggest additions or changes. Help policy holders to settle claims and maintain their records. Ensuring timely and professional responses to all queries received enabling satisfaction of customer. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open andinteractive communication. Follow communication procedures, guidelinesand policies. Desired Candidate Profile: ‐ - Must be graduate / under graduate with basic computer skills. ‐ Good English Communication Skills. -Good Vocab ‐ Highly self-motivated, willing to learn and quick adaptation to new processes within less time frame. ‐Able to think creatively and structure solution.
