Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote digital marketing and software development services.
- Respond to client inquiries, and explain company services such as SEO, PPC, social media management, and software solutions.
- Generate leads by understanding the client's requirements and offering tailored services.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to follow up on leads and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide detailed reports on client feedback, interests, and queries.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to stay updated on the latest industry trends and services offered by the company.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience as a telecaller or in a related role within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, etc.).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and provide clear, concise information.
- Experience in lead generation and client relationship management.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting processes is a plus.
