We are a leading branded restaurant in Delhi NCR, currently expanding our team and seeking motivated Telecallers to enhance our customer outreach and engagement.
Responsibilities and Duties
As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our restaurant, responsible for reaching out to potential customers and providing them with information about our offerings.
Outbound Calls: Conduct calls to potential and existing customers to promote our menu, special offers, and events.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by actively listening to their needs, answering inquiries, and providing personalized recommendations.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and maintaining a robust database of customer contacts.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback on their dining experience, preferences, and suggestions to improve service quality.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in our database.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and promotional campaigns based on customer interests and trends.
Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed daily and monthly call targets and report performance metrics to the management team.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in telecalling or customer service.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and engaging tone.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle customer objections professionally.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work in shifts as needed.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month Schedule:
