Lead Generation: Contact potential clients through outbound calls to generate leads for real estate properties.
Client Interaction: Answer client inquiries about available properties, pricing, and related services. Offer detailed information regarding property features and benefits.
Appointment Scheduling: Book appointments for site visits, property tours, or meetings with sales representatives.
Database Management: Maintain and update a detailed record of all client interactions in the CRM system. Track follow-ups and client feedback.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team by pre-qualifying leads and passing on interested and relevant clients for further engagement.
Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with leads and clients to ensure their requirements are met and to push for closure.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries and resolving concerns related to properties, pricing, and services.
Reporting: Provide daily reports on call status, lead conversion rates, and other metrics as required by management.
