- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services/products.
- Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Assist in lead generation and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficient in MS Office.
