Tele Caller Executive
Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and assisting in lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
Schedule:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Provide information about products/services and answer customer inquiries.
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer interactions.
- Record and update customer information in the database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and follow up on leads.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call outcomes.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
- Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
